Mark A. Alberssen, 65, of Morton, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
Mark was born on April 4, 1959, in Peoria, a son of Phillip and Anita (Melonis) Alberssen. He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by is mother of Morton; siblings, Scott (Melissa) Alberssen of Taylorville and Michelle Renshaw of Morton; and several nieces and nephews.
Mark last worked at PPG Industries as a Chemical Process Operator. He retired in 2006. He was a lifetime member of Kennel Lake Sportsmen's Club in Morton. He was an avid fisherman and loved to swim.
Per Mark's wishes, there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation rites have been accorded.
