MORTON – Carolyn A. Seeman, 83, of Morton, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at The Pearl Nursing Home of St. Charles. She was born on October 22, 1940, in Centralia, Illinois, to Frank and Naomi (Hensley) Brookman. Carolyn married Richard Seeman on April 1, 1961, in Joliet, Illinois. He preceded her in death on October 10, 2023. Carolyn was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bob Brookman and Gene Brookman. Surviving are her children, LeeAnn Roe of Morton and Richard "Rick" Jr. (Julie) Seeman of St. Charles, Illinois; grandchildren, Phoebe (Jake) Fagerburg and Alexander (Ashley) Roe, Jacob (Lauren) Seeman, Kevin Seeman and Lucas Seeman; and one great-granddaughter, Emilia Seeman. Carolyn loved to travel, play cards and shop. Life was always an adventure for her! She was caring and funny and with her humor came the loudest and best laugh. Carolyn never met a stranger.
