MORTON – Jerome "Joe" Joseph Hranka, 69, of Morton, IL died peacefully at OSF St. Francis Medical Center on Sunday, August 11, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born in Peoria, IL, on March 18, 1955, to Jerry and Patricia (Heffren) Hranka, the third of 10 children, and was raised in Marquette Heights and Pekin, IL. Joe is survived by his fiancée Susan Swingle. Joe is also survived by his children, Jerome Joseph (Megan) Hranka, Jr. of Bloomington, IL, Timothy James (Kayla) Hranka of Schaumburg, IL and Karl Frederick Hranka of Nevada City, CA. He is survived by five grandchildren, Charlotte, William, Timmy, Jackson, and Avery. Joe is survived by seven siblings: two brothers: John (Karen) Hranka of Rockford, IL, Patrick (Pam) Hranka of Oswego, IL; five sisters, Therese Peck of Peoria, IL, Margaret Nelson of Wylie, TX, Anna (Kirk) McKinzie of Bloomington, IL, Cecilia (Raymond) White of Pontiac, IL and Kathleen (Joseph) Heskett of Travelers Rest, SC.
