BARBARA FOSTER NORTH PEKIN – Barbara H. Foster, 77, of Morton, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1947, in Buckhorn, Missouri, to Winfield and Mavis (Mead) Stewart. Barbara married Cary Foster on March 27, 1976 in Creve Coeur, Illinois. She is survived and missed by her loving husband of 48 years. She is forever cherished and remembered by her daughter Patricia (Kevin) McGurk; two sisters, Shirley (Larry) Garrison and Teena Stewart of North Pekin; one brother, Collin Stewart of Sparland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter Misty Exendine; both parents; brother, John Stewart; and sister, Anne Cooper. Barbara was a hairdresser for 40 years. She went on to open her own beauty salon, Barbara's Hair Design, for 30 years. Her greatest pleasure was making her ladies happy. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be held at Vermont Cemetery at
