Marlon Barry Aberle, 57, of Washington, made his journey into the sunset on March 14, 2025 while in his home.
He was born April 5, 1967 in Peoria, IL to Glenn and Ruth (Berry) Aberle.
Marlon grew up in Washington and was a proud member of the 1984 State runner-up Panthers Football team. He was a bartender at Alexander's Street Steakhouse in Peoria for many years and later worked for Roanoke Concrete Products and G&D Integrated. Marlon was also an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks.
He is survived by his brother, Martin (Jessi) Aberle of Dassel, MN, brother-in-law Robert Presbrey of Washington, IL and the most incredible clan of nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Mark and Marshall, and sister, Marlo Presbrey.
A private gathering for family and close friends to celebrate his life will be held at a later date. A public Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
